Our commitment
It’s important to RHP Group that whether you’re a customer or an employee: you feel valued, respected, appreciated, and free to be who you are - regardless of your background, identity, or other aspect which makes you unique.
Our vision is to be a socially responsible housing provider which is high-performing, community-connected, and values-based.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) are integral to us achieving this:
- To be community-connected we need to understand our customers and their individual and collective needs, so that we deliver our services in a tailored way to meet those needs.
- Making decisions guided by our values means practicing equality, celebrating diversity, and being inclusive in everything we do. We want RHP to be an organisation which people love being part of whether they’re a customer colleague or partner.
We understand that this is a commitment that we need to constantly work on and seek to improve. As a result, we developed an updated EDI Strategy for 2025 - 2028, with input from our customers and colleagues.

Gender pay gap report
Our latest pay gap report shows continued progress towards a fair and inclusive workplace. Women make up 51% of our workforce, and both our mean and median gender pay gaps are slightly in favour of women (–3.09% and –3.59% respectively).
